Asiyeh Karbasforooshan is a California Licensed Architect and Project Lead at Metropolis Architecture. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has played a key role in the design and delivery of multifamily residential, mixed-use, affordable housing, and modular construction projects throughout Los Angeles.
With more than nine years of architectural experience in the United States, Asiyeh specializes in project leadership, building code compliance, entitlement strategy, permitting, and consultant coordination. She has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory and approval processes, helping projects move efficiently from concept through construction.
As a Project Lead, Asiyeh oversees project teams, coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, and manages architectural documentation across all phases of design and construction. Her portfolio includes affordable housing communities, mixed-use developments, and modular housing projects, where she collaborates closely with clients, public agencies, and project stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and code-compliant design solutions.
Asiyeh holds a Master of Architecture degree and is committed to advancing thoughtful, high-quality housing that contributes to the growth and vitality of Southern California communities.
